What's your worry style?
Everyone worries, but we don't all worry the same way. Some of us plan for every “what if”, some replay the past, some worry about other people, and some feel it mostly in the body. These four styles are a playful way to look at worry, not types of anxiety disorder. Ten quick questions, then ideas that fit your style.

Common questions
What are the different types of worriers?
There is no official list. This quiz uses four playful styles: planning for every “what if”, replaying the past, worrying about other people, and feeling worry mostly in the body. Many people have more than one.
How do I know if my worry is too much?
If worry is hard to control, happens on most days for several months, and gets in the way of sleep, work or enjoying life, talk with a doctor. You can also take the free GAD-7 anxiety test on WhySigh.
What is “worry time”?
Worry time is a self-help technique: you set aside about 15 minutes a day to worry on purpose, and when worries come at other times, you jot them down for later. Many people find it shrinks worry over time.
